Ordered car mats on 2/28 from this Facebook listed fraudulent company. Website disappeared. This is a complete scam and nobody should order from them. I have reported this to my credit card company. Buyer beware when ordering anything from Facebook.

I saw an ad on Facebook for custom car mats. It looked great, I paid via PayPal. I ordered February 24, and haven't received anything. I emailed them and receive a response saying that email doesn't exist. I have no other information to contact them with. Lesson learned the hard way. I did contact PayPal also to have them look into it. Buyer beware of Deliteron custom floor mats for your car. I only paid $59.50 so it could have been worse.

This company advertised specialized car mats for $70 through Facebook and InstaGram. They took the money and never provided a confirmation of purchase email or tracking information. After waiting 2 weeks I contacted their customer service and was responded to within 24 hrs. I was told that they couldn't find my order and to show proof, asking for bank statement. I provided a screen shot of just the purchase price and sent that to them. Email correspondence occured for a few days, ensuring me that my product was on the way. Once I threatened to get authorities involved, after reading online reviews of them being a scam, the emails stopped and now when you email back, there is no such email.

Ordered car mats from Deliteron, as advertised on Facebook. They were quick to respond to any queries, but did not deliver by promised date. They would not provide a tracking number when they said the item was already shipped. Found their website was deleted, and they were banned from Facebook.
