This woman name (Ashley Garry) Delayah Properties on Facebook spammed me out of $3,380 dollars by advertising a fake rental program to help people get approved for an apartment. I Been talking to her since end Dec or early Jan and she made it seem so convincing that she's legit but not. A scammer tactics will always be to rush you to send money but very slow to or not help you at all. I will be reporting that person and getting FBI Involved. Whoever is in the apartment that I gave over my money to this scammer to be in, I will make sure I will be repaid back every cent.

It's called second property, its like a program people use to get approved for an apartment. The person advertised it on facebook. I reached out on fb and ended up texting and talking on the phone for the purpose of the program advertisement. She said the program is $1100 and i paid $440 of the $1100 and i ended up giving $215 for the apartment application to her as well. That's $655 total i gave this person and nothing has been done yet.
