Tried to reserve a golf cart on my way to put in bay island. I filled out the information before I submitted, waited until I arrived closer to the island and went to reserve but the website had timed out and it didn’t properly submit the reservation as far as I was aware. I did not receive any confirmation or email so I did not pick up the cart. The next morning I received an email saying the reservation was confirmed and was charged $76.13, however I did not know this went through the day of never picked up or signed off on the car and they are refusing to refund and are keeping the money they charged without consideration of their website glitch issues. Without knowing any information as to what I allegedly paid for, I did not receive the good/service they claim to have provided and charged me even though I never received proper notification that I got the rental. I did not authorize this transaction completely but they refuse to take the concern seriously, they do not have contact except through email and refuse to give any information as to who they are. Apparently there are several complaints about this site and business and how they handle things. I have suspicions of their legitimacy and do NOT recommend people to use their rental service.
