I have been getting calls from "Del Ray Capital" for months now saying that they have a court summons for me. The "detective" says he is will be out with a uniformed officer tomorrow between certain hours at my place of residence or employment to arrest me if I do not pay my payday loan. I do have a payday loan that is in debt but it is not for the amount listed or with the collection agency. I have the paperwork for the real collection agency. I am PANICKING because I gave them my debit card information to withdraw money out to pay this debt. After I came to my senses and realized this was a scam, I took all the cash out of my account and put it in my other one so that it couldn't be processed. I am still nervous that they have this information and will take money out if I put any in the account. I keep getting threatening calls about how awful of a person I am and that I need to be an adult and take care of my debts. When I called and talked to Mr Quintano (spelling?) he was the rudest human being I have ever spoken to. He knows exactly how to make you feel 2 inches tall and says the most horrible things to you. He told me knew why I was single because of how I acted on the phone and no responsibility. I want them to STOP calling me, leave me alone, leave my parents alone and stop harassing me.
