I was informed by this recall company to provide information about a recalled dehumidifier. I did this on line. I was informed they received the information and that my dehumidifier is under a recall and that I would receive $137.00. I needed to cut the cord of the unit, put my name and date on the back of the unit. Also take a picture of this and a picture of the ssn number, and model. I did. Right after that I got a message. Incomplete registration need to take another picture so I did then I took another one then they said it was incomplete and I took another one then I took another one.. all the pictures were clear and easily seen. I call them informed them that I sent all the information that was required. An they informed me that I needed to cut the cord shorter. There was no need to comply with this the cord was cut and both ends were showing in the photo. These people got all of my information and I didn't get nothing. Something with this business is not correct tried to look them up on line. And no state side address was listed.
