I did not get my stamps that I ordered and paid 5999 for.

Bought discounted stamps online. The site noted it was the US Postal service (foreveroffice.top). The receipt of purchase went to y spam box and I did not open the attachment. Tracking number-420370729374810912401178833975. But I did email the merchant to ask for a full refund as the product was not received in 3-5 days as noted on the delivery ad. The response was the following "We are sorry, but your order has already been shipped and we are unable to intercept and cancel the shipment for you. If you have any problems after you receive it, please contact us!." A copy of the mail info noted it was awaiting DHL ecommerce pickup or processing. They later send an email stating it would take 1`5-25 days for the shipment to arrive due to Black Friday delays. I thought this was crazy.
