Ordered woman’s 9 and 8.5 in men’s was sent. Indicated deceptively after purchase. Surface level states full return - clicking in only refund with shipping paid by returnee - To China. And you find the shipper.

This was the 2nd shoe I purchased from this company. There were no issues with the first pair. I ordered the second pair in a different color, same size (7). The company sent me a 6.5 and tried to tell me that their sizes had changed but they had not. I contacted via email several times and requested information for a refund or to be sent the correct size. I was told to put them on and they would stretch out. I have continued to email the company, but have had not recent response.

I ordered shoes directly from DeFlorence Shoes about a month ago. After a couple of weeks, I got a message they were shipped, and a couple days later they said that there was a delivery failure (They use UNI, not FedEx, UPS, nor USPS). I was asked to confirm my address and arrange for shipping. First red flag - my address was (obviously) correct, and it’s a house with no gates, no fences, and no attack dogs. I contacted them, and they said I needed to go pick them up. That’s not happening, so I requested a refund or to cancel the order. They said they’d arrange a refund, but I needed to retrieve the shoes, ship them back to the company, then they could process a return. I’m in a catch 22… I want a refund because they won’t get me the merchandise I paid for, but I can’t be refunded until I get the merchandise and ship it back to them. Summary… I paid. I have no merchandise. BUYER BEWARE. I was totally scammed. I think their reviews were all fabricated.

I ordered a pair of shoes from DeFlorance. They were advertised mainly for their comfort and helping to attain relief from lower back, knee, issues,etc. I received them and was surprised to see they had no support whatsoever and they were a bit large. I emailed them explaining that I would like a refund. I received an email back saying that I could return them but to keep in mind that I would have to return them to an international address and cost would be very expensive. In the meantime I looked at the return address and it was in California. When I googled the address all of these comments came up expressing how this company had scammed them out of money, with similar stories as mine.

I replied to the email that I received asking about the California address and they haven't replied.

This company advertises incorrect US size chart and do not accept returns unless the customer pays to ship the product back to China.
