I called number on invoice from work phone to advise I did not make a purchase. Rep sounded Indian and became belligerent after asking for access to my computer remove the firewall and I refused. He then stated oh well then we will just take the payment. I told him I was going to give information to the better business bureau and he said a few more choice words and eventually hung up the phone.
