I call the number listed and demanded that they remove my name and not to charge my account and I told them I was reporting them to the ScamPulse.com for being a scammer of senior citizens.
I have several Visa cards so I don’t know how they would have gotten my card number. My husband thinks they started phishing when I called the 800 number on the email.
Their number was 800-272-9810 and was answered by a man with a strong Indian accent.
I am sure this is an overseas operation but the letterhead had the Microsoft symbol on the top with the word Microsoft.
I don’t know what to do if they have charged my Visa card but please investigate this and go get these creeps!
Also warn others about them!
