They had an ad on Instagram in November I placed an order for two sweatshirts November 22 December 2 I emailed them they do not have a phone number and ask the status of my order I was emailed told it would be shipping in two days again December 17 I emailed again and said I still haven’t gotten the shipping notice the email back said they would be shipped by Friday since then I’ve heard nothing I’ve sent several email I contacted my bank in January and did a fraud to my account through visa to get my money back last week this company contacted the fraud department and gave them a tracking notice saying my shipment was just sent The package has never sent it’s just a pre-authorize shipping label that was done it hasn’t moved since I’ve contacted the post office and the Better Business Bureau because my bank will not give my money back due to them saying that the product was shipped they still will not respond to her emails they took my $110- The better business Bureau contacted me and told me that they do not have a valid company license in the state of New Jersey
