I received shoes from Hey Shelly, and they are NOT what I ordered, so I requested a refund of my money ($110.46). I attached photos of my order #HEYSHELLY9254 as well as the shoes which were delivered. The shoes delivered have one bow on the heel of the shoe, and one bow is on the toe. Bows were suppose to be on the back heels with the toe band having pearls Also, the shoe is falling apart near the toe area and has never been worn. They wanted me to pay to mail the shoes back to China AND only provide me a 30% refund.

I sent them another email stating the problem with my order was 100% their failure to provide the correct item ordered AND the wrong item sent is also in poor condition. I expected a 100% refund, since even if I spent the money to mail this item back, it cannot be re-sold, due to the fact that one shoe is falling apart, and the bows are frayed. I sent Hey Shelly photos of the damaged shoes, which were NOT the style I ordered. They sent me a follow-up email stating I would still not receive a 100% refund. This company uses a "bait and switch" of ordered items, mails out damaged items, and does not taking responsibility for their terrible business practices.
