Order placed in early December 2024, no shipment as of the end of January. Many emails sent. Replies are automated. Said they would refund in early February but nothing yet and it's March. I'm going to dispute with the credit card company.

I ordered flower delivery. The total cost was $93.76 on my American Express. Then received an email that the flowers could not be delivered on the day ordered with a promise of the delivery the next day. Then, I just received an email asking for additional funds to continue with delivery.
