I went to USPS to fill out a change of address. Somehow I got diverted to this company’s website. I filled out all the information, including credit card info for the verification. Once I clicked to process my request I received an email conformation from this AddressGenie company stating a payment was charged in the amount 39.95. They claim to have “a no questions asked” refund policy if you request a refund within 30 days. The instructions say to click a link that brings you to a form to fill out and instructions to include the transaction ID. Once you do this it says a representative with be in touch with you. Also, that you will receive a refund automatically as well as a email conformation about your refund. I have done this process 3 times and have received no refund. I called the customer service number, nobody answers. The customer service email also doesn’t work. Please beware of this scam.
