Charges renters cleaning charges and my apartment was not cleaning. The lady that provided our walk-thru picked up garbage left by previous tenants from under the sink. My apartment was cleaned and everything scrubbed, washed and no garbage left behind and still charged cleaning charges. Was billed for painting the walls and walls were cleaned, no damages and renter company is charging almost $400 to paint the walls. Company is charging excessive move-out cleaning fees.
