I ordered a coffee table for $1,070.99 on September 10th. The transaction was posted the next day. The only details about shipping dates were listed as a faq suggesting that most items will be shipped in 10-12 business days. I received an order confirmation via email. However, I logged into my account online to see what orders I made and saw that the coffee table was "awaiting shipment". A week later, it was still awaiting shipment. I emailed the company and called several times and only got to a voicemail machine and left a message. No one responded to my emails. I contacted my credit card about the fraudulent business practices and hope they are shut down.

I ordered a $*** coffee table from the site. It said all items ship within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent. First contact was after two days, I emailed their listed email to ask for confirmation and status of my order. I also tried calling numerous times thereafter and have gotten no response. Numbers eventually go to voicemail no matter what extension you put in. I have not received my item which was ordered 20 days ago as of today. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the money refunded. No address is listed on their site I realized after I placed the order.
