I received an official looking letter that included my name, address and mortgage company. The letter warned me "This notice is to inform you that the property's home warranty, at (my specific home address) secured by Wells Fargo Bank NA, may be expiring or may have already expired." and "Failure to call and prevent a potential lapse of coverage could result in you being liable for all costs associated with any home repairs." I receive a letter like this about every month. It is deceptive and could trick an elderly person into getting coverage through their company. The name of the company is not on the letter head. I called the number to get the name of the company: Home Warranty Division
