I was notified by email stating I owe $1,659 for an auto loan which cannot be right because I can't drive and I haven't had a license in 30 years it says also that this proof that the money was put into my bank account I never got any money there's no collections on my credit report I called the merchant which is USA Cash Express because that's where on the email from you it says that's who I owe I called them and they said they don't even have me on file so I think this is a scam because it's threatening me and offering me settlements so can you please look into this I will already have complained to the Attorney General's office I screenshotted the email I received from you it says I received it from debt collection agency / debt solutions usa.com. Org and I also really need this taken care of because I don't owe anything to nobody I have no collections

I have been emailed by a person impersonating a debt collector they are using a personal Gmail account asking me to pay them with a my vanilla prepaid Visa card if I don’t they said I would go to jail or lose everything I have included a list of where I can by the prepaid cards they also said they had enough proof against me but when I ask for it they won’t provide the information.
