Debtless Credit Reports & Reviews (29)

As soon as I saw the money out of my account I called since I didn't sign up for it. They said they would investigate and till today no call and even though they claim to have canceled 19.99 still comes out. I will be putting a stop payment after seeing all these complaints.

Your bank will tell you they cant do a stop payment with debtless credit as its something "you've" signed up for and gave permission for authorized payments. I am having the same issue, in over 12 months this company has taken over $800 from me. I have called and emailed endlessly to cancel my account as they are not doing anything to help or providing any sort of service to me. I hope all gets resolved as way too many people are having this issue.

I have read reviews from different websites and this company, (website: https://www.debtlesscredit.com/), debits money from your account of an amount of $19.99 weekly without giving you any legal documentation. For those who did not know, this company is NOT a lending company. They do NOT give out loans but claim to "Report your credit history to equifax" provided that you pay "$19.99" every week. As a low-income citizen, this is a lot of money being taken out from my account every week.

When they first debited the $19.99 out from my bank, I called them immediately, the number was :1 (833) 497-0184 to cancel the weekly payments. They told me that they will process it and forward the request to the financial department. Next week came by, $19.99 was debited from my bank account again and so I called to let them know that I have cancelled the payment the week before. They said that "they can see that a request have been made to cancel the payment a week before" and the reason why they couldn't process the cancellation because they had some power outage in their office". I told them to make sure that I won't be charged $19.99 again next week and they said "yes". Another week came by, and again, you guessed it, $19.99 gone and this time I got really upset and called them right away and they mentioned that my account has been cancelled 2 weeks back and the money shouldn't be debited from my account anymore, and they said the same thing the following week but $19.99 was again deducted from my account the week after.

If you are in the same position as I am, to permanently stop the weekly payments, I suggest you to request a "Stop payment" from your bank institution. Give them a call and explain your situation and frustration. When you do call Debtless credit to cancel the weekly $19.99 payments, make sure you record the call conversation so that you have a proof that your payment has been cancelled, because you can back up your case to the bank if the bank wants to investigate further. I did this, and the weekly payments of $19.99 finally stopped after the endless lies debtless credit had told me.

Also, Please report this company to the fraud section from your bank institution or any fraud authorities (making sure you record phone conversations/emails from debtless credit as a proof to back up your case) because it is illegal to be taking out money from a person's bank account without any legal documentation or client's disclosure. Plus the websites also says it all - not enough information on it, no physical address or whatsoever. I have made reports on several banks, unions and agencies in my city to spread the word about how this company scams their customers and lets hope that other people continue doing it as well to prevent other people from falling victim to this company.

Please guys, keep reporting this company as a fraud so that this company will be barred from banks or any financial institution. And please, most importantly, don't fill in that application on their website!

They have been taking money out off my account for over a year I have asked them to cancel my account I have emails where they say it's cancelled and they continue to withdraw funds..I was just recently told that my account was closed on February 23rd and on the 25th who's trying to debit money out of my account they are ..
Total SCAM

Were you able to stop the payments?

I don't know this company at all I have never filled out any type of paper work with this company. I went to the store about a half hour ago to get school snacks for my kids lunches and I couldn't cause these ppl took money from my account. I never gave them permission to do so I would like it back cause my bank account is in the negatives now ND would like then to stop taking money from my account

I joined this company back in August. After about a month I wasn’t seeing and results so I called in to cancel but the agent explained additional benefits so I ended up staying on. I’m so glad I did. They saved me $6k in collection fees and they sent me a Visa Card. I eventually saw the results from submitting my rent receipts to them. They posted them on my credit report and my score jumped 33 points. I’m so glad I stayed because it changed the way 2022 will look for me.

Bull[censored] you did your part of the Scam! All lies!

The company that has been scamming is called DebtLess Credit. They take 19.99 from your account and claim that they “close your account” or that your “credit card is sent out and should be coming in mail” but you never receive it and they continue to take money from your account weekly.
