This company called me offering help with credit card interest rates. They had information about my accounts already- knew my balances, etc. They assured me that my payments and interest rates would be lower. They gave me names, license numbers, confirmation numbers, etc. and a phone number to call when I asked many questions about their authenticity. Every attempt I have made since then to contact them results in a message saying they are helping other customers and that they will return my call that day. I have yet to receive a call back. The website they gave is also down. They charged my card with a large fee for their "services" but I have not seen any benefit from it.
