This company is offering services to consolidate debt and collecting money to do so. They are then not notifying credit holders (which is illegal) that they are handling the debts for the individuals and not paying and debts on the individuals behalf. They are also saying they are going to court on behalf of the individual and settling debts, which they can't do either.

Additionally their business license in the State of Oregon is expired so the company is conducting business illegally.
