I am a victim of a scam. I received a letter, a bill, a final notice from a creditor. I called the number on the letter, #800-464-3378. It connected me to a T-Mobile Company. I explained to Chuck that I am not a customer of T-Mobile. He confirmed this and referred me to BBB.

The letter states at the bottom,

"This mailer is an advertisement that provides consumer leads to debt resolution provides and law firms...

We are not a government agency and this is not a government program...
