I began to work with the Litigation Practice Group to repair my credit. Started in December 2021 on January 2023, was notified my account had been sold to Oakstone Law Group, They continued to take the $550 monthly payments and in March I was notified that Phoenix Law would take over my account, continue to make payments thinking that something was being done. then I received a notification that Phoenix Law was suing the Litigation Practice Group and at that point, I have been attempting to reach out to Phoenix Law without any success. I did make a stop payment to anyone, but at this point, I am out $11000 dollars and my credit is worse than what I started.

This company promise to help me look into credit card debt that I had that was not opened in my name and so on and so forth. They continue to take money out by weekly so I have to keep disputing it with my bank. They did call back one time and tell me that everything was going great in that a one of their lawyers would be contacting me back for a refund and then nobody called me. My portal online has been deleted. You cannot schedule a phone call back it says that they are all taken try back next year. I've emailed multiple times for my refund with no response. And when you call the phone just hangs up on you.

Elderly mother contacted company to help her pay off her credit card debt with a 3rd part company. She had money taken from her checking account monthly x 30 months. Her bank stated they never received payment and owed $7000 more due to non payment. We called said company and were transferred to another company (phoenix law group). They stated they received the account from original and they were only lawyers paid to help. That the money that has been paid was not to be used to pay down account, but to keep them the lawyers on retainer. They wanted bank info to proceed.

I have no debt so this is clearly phishing, but it’s disturbing that my full name, address, and other identifying information was included.

The company is said to be a law firm that helps with dept and if they can’t help you with the dept they say that they can refund your money back. They made me sign contracts and in that contract it states the same thing with other things. It was through another app I signed the contract. When I try to look back at the contract it’s not there anymore. They also told me that the case I have they could not do so they transferred it over to oak stone law group pc and they are not answering my calls or emails

Without notification, the account was switched by the original Litigation Practice Law to Phoenix Law without consent. The litigation practice shut down all communications. The {Litigation Practice Law} was supposed to be helping me eliminate my credit card debt and they fell off the face of the earth.

I received an offer in the mail saying I was pre-qualified for $40,000 to consolidate debt. I called them to see and hear about the offers. Kerry is the gentleman I spoke to and he didn’t tell me any information about the company just started asking me information to see if I was qualified for the loan. He asked me my date of brith, social and asked what bills I pay every month and how much I spend. He also asked me for my husbands information and I gave it to him. When I wasn’t approved he hung up on me and when I called back it went to him. He told me it was a recorded line and j asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there wasn’t one. I said I will go in the website and try and find it and he said good luck finding anything about this company and hung up. I looked up the phone and found multiple numbers for this “business” and each one was linked back to him. When I called it went to his voicemail. I tried to send an email but it said failure notice and was unable to send. I then looked at the address and it’s a stables parking lot which led me to believe this was all a scam and he got mine and my husbands personal information.

I recieved an letter under "Negotiations Department"

Saying they will help with my debt payments and offer a payment plan. Me and my fiance called and unfortunately gave our social and they even pulled up our credit report and offered us a total payment of $300 a month and 36 months to lower our debt interest free. My fiance did not look into the company and thought it was from his bank and Thank God I decided to look at the paper and noticed right away that it was a scam. Another number we also have is 469-498-1347.
