I left a voicemail to call about a possible litigation. I called the number and got an answering service. They transferred me to my claims representative. The rep had my name and other info. I would not confirm my information with this person. They then told me that I had a pending civil claim against me, and that it would end in federal court. I asked her to send all information to me in writing. She continued to tell me she would not tell me anything until I verified my last four digits of my social. I would not and asked her to tell me who the claim was through, or the law firm that she was representing. She would not tell me. She got aggressive and told me that I could deal with this in federal court.
