I keep getting this call from this person, leaving messages for me or my attorney to call them back,
They don’t leave detail messages as to who is collecting the amount owed, and how much is owed,

The person identified herself as "Amber Jenkins" stating that there was an outstanding debt from Loan Express in 2021. I asked several questions: What is the phone number and address of the loan company? What is the email address on file? What month was tis loan received? The caller became frustrated at my questions and hung up. I called back and told her that I was going to let her talk and I would be on mute. Amber talked and I asked the same questions again and she stated that, "I could expect garnishment of wages and have my lawyer handle this matter since I did not want to handle it today. I told her my lawyer was on the other line and she hung up. I called back and someone else answered the phone and I told her I did NOT want to talk yo "Amber" ever again because she was extremely rude. This person's name was either Chloe or Karen, she explained the "loan" and proceeded to schedule 4 repayments of $275.00 and would transfer me to the payment processing department. I was transferred over (took about 5 minutes) and the person stated that she was ready to take the payment method. I asked her what was the name of the company because I wasn't sure and wanted to look it up to see if they were who they are claiming to be. She said "we are DRS". I stated that in looking up DRS there are several agencies which one are you affiliated with because I wanted to be certain since I have been a victim of identity theft in the past. That's when she hung up the phone. I then called ScamPulse.com to find out what could be done.

Here is the transcribed voice mail that was left on my phone:

This message is intended for(My Name) this is Amber Jenkins trying to get in contact with you here on behalf of recovery. I need you or your attorney of record to please give my office a call back immediately at 904-720-8351 my extension here in the office is 104. (The voice mail was 0:21 in length)
