I received numerous letters from this company stating their "Negotiations Department" could help settle my "outstanding" balance with any of the several companies they listed at the top of their letter! I DO NOT have an outstanding balance with ANY of the creditors they listed on their letter but they also wrote "or with any other Lenders". If we were not on top of our bills someone could actually fall for this scam and call their 800 # or the Se Habla Espanol # they also give **************.

The letter or envelope it arrived in does not have a return address on either of them nor do they give any other information as to their identity within their letter. I found Debt Advisor of America in the final line of their small print at the bottom of their letter. I have received several of these letters in the past and I hope by taking this action they will stop sending me these so called letters. Thank you
