Paid for a $15 subscription on February 27 and it is March 13th and I haven't received anything. I was really hoping jthis wasn't a scam but I'm beginning to think that 🤔.

Signed up for their monthly subscription for cologne and received an email product was shipping, but only the label was created product never shipped. Reached out multiple times with no help from the company whatsoever. Avoid like the plague!!!

They are a monthly cologne subscription and they charged me in November 16th but I still haven't yet received any product. There is no phone number. They don't reply to their "help" desk for complaints or questions. They just changed their address from 311 N Market St, # 200 Dallas, Texas 75202 to Box 777 91 Western Road Brighton East Sussex England BN1 2NW a few hours ago!!! There is no way to cancel the service and they have my information. I've sent them an email to cancel my order and asked for a refund. heard nothing back
