Purchased Yorkshire Terrier through their website for $650. $500 for puppy and $150 for shipping. I received email from Avril Pet Movers with tracking number, *********. They also are using fedex as their shipping airline. The moving companies first email was to pay $810 for insurance before it could be shipped. This was refundable they said. Then they needed $995 for crate that fedex required. Also refundable.I tracked the movement and it showed the crate landed in Kansas City, Mo on 8/4/21. Moving company then said a USDA grading certificate was needed for state of Mo. once again, refundable. They said it would be:

Category A (5 years Permit)… $4,000. 00 (99% Refundable)

Category A (3 years Permit)… $3,500. 00 (99% Refundable)

Category B (1 Year Permit)…. $2,550. 00 (99% Refundable)

They said they would accept $800. My bank stopped payment through Zelle due to the email given had been flagged for fraudulent activity. I did speak to seller on phone who said he would take care of it. The moving company would not give me their phone number or call me. They only communicated through text or email. Their phone number used was:
