This individual portrays herself as the owner of the building and that she is an attorney for the DEA...even the way she presented herself was very unprofessional, did not carry herself to be someone that maintained a high standard dimeanor. She stated she needed the work done on a roof because the previous contractor did a poor job. Keep in mind I met with herself in person. Because it was a minimal job compared to the complete reroofs we completed the job in one day. Then Sent her the invoice.Fast forward today, she has evaded payment. She has a paralegal supposingly handling her matters and that her practice has an HR. This paralegal who cannot even type correctly or speak fluent English and will only send texts. She refuses to answer the phone. One time she answered because I called from an unknown number and I called her over 20 times. When she answered she sounded like an elderly lady, maybe in her 50s or 60s. All of this seems connected to the scammers that reach out to contractors for work and need to pay by credit card. the attachment shows only an excerpt of what I have been dealing with this scammer. today she texted me that she is sending me a tracking number for the "package" or how she likes to refer to it.
