I saw an ad on TikTok for a Father’s Day sweatshirt. I placed an order on 6/3/2025 and received a confirmation email. I later received a tracking number which indicated my package was on its way, however, it didn’t show or confirm any delivery address. I verified the tracking number again and it stated “Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 10:06 am on June 14, 2025 in BRADLEY, IL 60915.” I emailed [email protected] with the issue and have not heard back. I have a notification from my phone Wallet that via the “Shop” website, my order is being processed. Their website asks you to fill out an online report but requires the URL for the order confirmation which now no longer exists.
