Dearfy advertises women's clothing. They advertise on Facebook and Instagram. When you order, they offer "expedited shipping." I ordered two items of clothing on October 3rd. When they didn't arrive by October 13th, I emailed them to cancel my order. The customer service representative said it was too late that the order had already processed. When the order didn't arrive by October 21st, I repeated the request to cancel my order. They said the order had already shipped and they could not cancel it. I asked for a return address to return the products. No reply. After researching their website, there is no telephone number nor business address to contact. The page they use on Facebook says the page manager is in China.
