SCAMMERS

I ordered 3 women's tops based on the pics on their website. I only rec'd 2 of them and neither one looks anything near what the pics looked like. One of the shirts actually has the pockets drawn onto the blouse! When I said I wanted to return the items they are telling me I have to send them to CHINA at my cost. WTH? This is a total scam so I hope that this review will help some of you from going through this.

This is a scam!!

I paid for 6 items that are not even close to what I ordered . This company is just stealing money from people. If I returned them, they would just sell them to the next victim. I hope someone can stop them.

Their Customer Service is" BULL-CRAP"( [email protected]) It took them 4 days to Respond, and told me I would have to send it ALL The Way Back to "CHINA", AND , To Make Sure To Keep The Return Package Under $15 Or Their Will A Customs Fee? Ordered 6 items on Nov 5 2021, finally got 3 of the items. 4th item came in wrong size, 5th item came in wrong (ordered a horse head in the forest and got a plain sweatshirt) and have not seen the 6th item. contacted seller over 5 times and the last time they promised a refund. Have not seen it. Dont waste your money with this company

Hi! I ordered 8 pieces of clothing from Dearonce.com and spent $171.00, this was February 16,2022, and I received one article of clothing March 7, 2022 worth $11.99. I have asked for a refund for the rest of my order because I have lost faith in them to fill the rest of the order. I am getting the run around from them via email since I asked for a refund. Definitely turned out to be a scam site. Will Persue this through my bank and report them to marketplace. It’s a shame places like these give China a bad wrap. Will be more careful when purchasing on line.

I bought a pair of casual shoes and a top from Dearonce on 26 June 2021 and paid NZD 67.90. I finally received the order on 12 August 2021, after sending them an email querying the delivery date. I expected delays due to the COVID epidemic.

However, the shoes were made of hard plastic and you could not walk in them, as there was no "give' or flexibility. The top was also a completely different style to the one on their website, and VERY short. Unlike the one advertised.

I sent an email querying the process for a refund, and they sent the details by email quite quickly. All good regarding customer service until now, although misleading advertising!

I parcelled up the items and sent them by NZ Post to the following address which they advised, and paid NZD 29.59. I knew that they would not refund the postage, but at least I would get some of the money I spent, back. SO I THOUGHT!

That was the last time I heard from them, or could contact them! I have tried sending endless emails, but they all come back as the email does not exist anymore. However, there is still a page open of them on Pintrest, and I left a message to say they were scammers!

If you need any further information from me, I would be happy to assist in bringing these scammers to justice.

I guess I should have read reviews. I ordered clothing. I cannot track it. Keeps telling me web site cannot be found. PayPal says DBLFLY.com. Thats for some kind of watch or something. Not sure. My payment went thru but still no order or any way to find it.

Do not purchase from this company. I placed an order and now the website doesn't even come up! The customer service email address is not working; it returns your email. It says. "the site can't be reached".

I did get an email stating my order for shoes were shipped and cannot track ..Not track able and no response concerning my clothing items .I suspect this is not a legit store and plan to file a claim at my bank .

Supposedly my order was shipped 10 days ago. When I try to track the other, the site does not exist. I'm so upset. Any time or way it says you cannot contact them, the sites are not available. I guess I have been ripped off.

I received a tracking number that has not moved in 9 days toward any location in the USA! MostLove another company from China that is a scam with complaints with BBB advertised merchandise as an outdoor swing and mailed a piece if cloth! These companies needs to be stop able to advertise in the USA and scamming Americans of hard earned monies!

Do not buy from this company or WIsh.
After I made my purchases I did receive any notification. I went into my local bank because that was the credit card I used. I reported the company to them. I had my credit card replaced.
It took a month before there was a UPS number. It went another few weeks before I received the products.
I ordered three tops. Look nothing like what’s on the web site. Two of the tops are exactly the same. I ordered a 7.5 sandal they are an size 8.
Do not order from Wish either. I have been waiting over a year for a rug $33.00)
Check to see shipping information and read reviews before ordering anything online no matter how pretty they look!
I learned my lesson. For different or unique items go to Esty!

ordered a size small button down. shirt advertised as v-neck.
After several pings package arrived 2 months later than promised. See pictures. Shirt that arrived has a zipper, crew neck and though marked size small is clearly a large or x large...and still Waiting after 2.5 months for rest of order to arrive

Just straight up fraud. I ordered 8 pieces of clothing for my wife’s birthday and they sent me a pair of jeans not the correct size and definitely not what is pictures and a blouse that was not the correct size and looked like the robbed it off a homeless kid. If you have experienced anything like I have then I would say contact the FTC and let them know . By just letting it go you allow them to do this to other people. This a scam company!

I ordered a pair of sneakers and a pair of boots. I received sneakers, but the wrong size and a pair of sandels. I contacted the company, and was told I could return the items but I would be responsible for shipping. I refuse to pay for the shipping which would be about 40.00 when the company sent me the wrong order. I complained to PayPal as they should not be associated with this company.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them 2 months ago, and have still not seen them. They finally sent a tracking number, but no carrier info was provided so I went on USPS, UPS, and FedEX, and they all say the tracking info is invalid. I recently sent a second e-mail requesting more re the tracking, and am still waiting. I'm glad I only ordered one item from them. I will never do business with this company again.

the items are a counterfeit fake, nothing to do with picture or discerption

This seller uses photos from other clothing sites. The two items of clothing I received looked nothing like what was pictured and did not match the description. The material for both items was described as linen and cotton. The actual material was shiny and synthetic, like the material used to make Halloween costumes. The material also had a bad smell. There were embroidered details in the photos for both items of clothing. The ones I received had no embroidery at all, just a cheap printed pattern that attempted to mimic the embroidery in the photos they showed at the web site. I have never received such cheaply made clothing, I feel deeply scammed. This business should be removed from the internet.
