Deans service tech came out to my property, did miniscule checks on my ac unit that was not initiating start cycle to power ac unit. Was told my compressor was bad. Then immediately I was offered to repair which was $9,000 or replace furnace and ac unit for 11,000. But that offer of $11,000 was only good for today or it would go up to $15,000. I thought it was a good deal and put money down. I did have a second person from a different company come check out the AC unit and he determined it had leaked freon. He then refilled the system and I had nice cold air in my house an hour later. Thankfully because the next day, it was going to be 95+ degrees outside. DEANS did not try to fix the problem, there only goal was to get me to buy a new unit and furnace. They were going to leave me without ac for a hot day just to get a sale on their products. They do not care about the customers or their integrity. All they want is that commission. TOTAL SCAM. Do not ever us Deans.
