I hired Philip Dean Woodard for placing insulation in my attic as well as covering up the attic events and crawl space with screens/pavers. He did the screens on the attic events but, not the crawlspace. Also the main part of the project is adding fiberglass insulation in the attic . He provided an invoice and he said he is from GA which I have a pic of his tag. I gave him the deposit of $475 on January 25th, to no Avail. I've tried reaching out to him and he does not respond or respond via text 1 to 2 days later and gives different excuses. He said that he promises he will do the job and to be more patient, but I paid him the money and signed the agreement on January 25th via his invoice.(unable to upload).

It has been almost 3 weeks and I have found this person on next door neighborhood. I thought it was a trustworthy man. He just keeps giving excuses. Please help and thank you kindly.
