Got a call from these worthless [censored] today threatening me with the Attorney Generals Office! Can you believe the nerve. When you ask what it’s about they refuse to even state what it is about. There are laws against this type of collection activity!

I received numerous emails. I ignored it until my mother called asking if I owed anyone money they called the her home phone stating that I have pending charges and a complaint was forwarded over to their office .. I was livid at this point . I work in collections and this is totally against the law .. I called .. spoke with a lady by the name of LOUISE ANDERSON . She stated that she was from the dean Anderson group . Andthey were calling me in regards to a breach of contract with nhcash and I owed 1800.00 . I then asked about the threatening email and do they know it's against the law to leave messages of the sort due to fdcpa laws and that she just broke a law .. she then went on about well you know this is affecting your credit , I told her she broke another law because she is not discuss my credit because she is not a credit expert . She then became very UPSET started yelling on the phone and being very disrespectful .. she stated well apparently you know more than me and I'm not about to go back and forth with you , your either going to pay it or not I stated this is how you conduct business what's your id number ? She refused to give me one . She then stated that she didn't have time for this and hung up .. I called back and she answered again .. I then asked her so did you just hang up on me she then stated yes I did I don't have time to play games with you stop calling my office and hung up again . I also did some investigating of my own the website that they set up was powered by GODADDY. And there was no year for the copy right ! These ppl had me livid and disgusted and they need to be caught !!!! The website is under the deanandersongroup.com website shows DEAN J ANDERSON ..
