First saw advertisement on Facebook for drone. Went to website ordered drone and gold plated rose for total of $124.98 on May 1, 2019. Received "Thank You For Your Purchase" email on that date. On May 10th in an effort to find info on shipping date I activated a customer account from their web site. I sent email inquiring about status and shipping date on May 11th. On May 14th I received email stating shipping usually takes 10-15 days and that I would receive email when it does signed by Customer Support Team. On May 18th received email addressed to Our Loyal Customer stating that demand for product is high but they would receive new shipment the following Fri. that they will expedite. They offered me a $50.00 gift certificate if I waited a little bit or cancel order. On May 30 I emailed an inquiry as to my order and also gift certificate. On May 21st I received an email "Your Order Is On The Way" . Sent several colorful emails with no response. On June 30th received email that stated how deeply sorry they were and due to delays and issues they would refund money on any orders after 60 days from purchase. Also, on their website when I logged into my account it showed order fulfilled on May 21st. Tried their phone no. Just got a recording with no response. On June 15th I sent an email to TechMSX who I understood made the drone to ask for any info and to inform them about Dealsyoumaylike but got no response. On July 17th I believe I received an email stating simply that my order had been refunded. Credit card does not reflect any refund And can only assume another lie. Needless to say my grandson never received the drone he was promised for his birthday. That is why I will never stop to expose these thieves.

Ordered an item on april 21. Rec email it had shipped two weeks later. May 21, I have not heard from them after several emails and phone calls. They also don't answer their phone. I have not received my purchase yet and don't believe I ever will.
