Back in July 27th 2015 i had signed a Legal Binding Contract to buy land :UNIT 49,BLOCK7,LOT 13,RIO GRANDE RANCHES,COSTILLA COUNTY COLORADO. in June 2019 after making payments for all those years, I asked for a payoff, Jesse Marshall @ email address [email protected] sent me a final invoice for $600. I looked closely at the Legal Description and noticed it was different from my contract. I contacted the county and found out that he does NOT own the land i bought under contract. Yet Jesse Marshall does own alot of property there. if you google there number 1 (866) 281-3586 you will find there is many different business using this number, Its a shipping center. This company is a total scam. He got Thousands from my mom, You been warned to stay away from Dealsonland.com or Jesse Marshall,
