I ordered the item on the Ace Daddy web site. Was told December 8th it was on the way. Later the emailed me that they were sorry for the delay but assured me it was on the way and would be there before Christmas. Sent a tracking number that was created but not used. When I went to website I was unable to see anything but an email. I contacted them via email and they said they sent it and would not refund it since it had already been sent.
