Went on the website to order a product. Found what I wanted and placed the order. 2 months later still no order. Emails go unanswered other than your order is ready. Asked for a refund and no response from them. Don't buy anything from them. Looked at reviews and they were all bad.

I BOUGHT 2 COUCH COVERS. 1 WAS $29.99 AND THE OTHER WAS $24.99. THIS ORDER WAS PLACED ON MAY 28, 2020. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THIS BUSINESS FOR A STATUS OR A REFUND AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL BACK. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. I WAS CHARGED $59.93 FOR ORDER# 6998.I SHOULD HAVE CHECK INTO THE WEBSITE BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUY FROM ANY WEBSITE. IT WILL SAVE YOU FROM SCAMS LIKE THIS BUSINESS.

This company is a scam do not waste your money this place is located in Hongkong china smdh you'll never see your packages arrive and you cannot contact them via email or phone they want you to write a letter really we're so far beyond that dont waste your time or money hopefully they get caught soon wish i could've gave them no stars ******* *** *****

I purchased a Body Deep Muscle Massaging Gun from the Deals-o-saur website on 4/24/2020. I received an Order confirmation number. The money was taken from my account a few days later and a tracking number was sent through YANWEN Tracker. It says it shipped from Yanwen Facility on 5/2/2020 and arrived in Los Angeles on 5/8/2020 awaiting for FedEx delivery. I searched the FedEX tracking number that was on the YANWEN website on the Fed Ex tracking site and it says that it is waiting for the original company to deliver it still. There is no contact number to call the Deals-o-saur and all email inquires to the provided inquiry email only generates a generic response that the request was received and that their team will look into any issues. I've sent 4 emails and no response. It's been over a month since I placed the order. The website needs to be taken down.
