Scheduled a call in time for a ZOOM call and watched a 45 minute video. Follow up with Mr. Adams who answered questions from participants, telling us this was their 3rd and final enrollment. He went over procedures and App procedures to record mileage, accidents, and acceptance of dealer offer. Told us we would need a Zale or PayPal account as they do not do direct deposit. Last he ask for $25.99 for background check and include Drivers License and proof of Insurance. All sent to Adams email.10/14/21
