I keep emailing the company and get told "Thank you for placing your order with DealDogz.
We are sorry that you have not received any information about your order.
We will contact our shipping warehouse immediately to find out why you have not received a shipping confirmation.
If you do not receive a message/shipment confirmation within the next 7 business days, please contact us again.
Thank you for your understanding and have a nice day. "

I have put in a c c dispute to get a refund. I am sure this is a Chinese scam.

Like other reviews, I too had multiple correspondence with DealDogz and got the same reply…we are checking into the order; your order cannot be cancelled because it has already gone to shipping. My order was placed early December and it is now February. I paid in full as well with PayPal as well and will be filing a complaint there. Do not order anything from this company or anything on Instagram ads!

After waiting for the item I emailed DealDogz to get a status update. They responded promptly that they were looking into my issue and not to contact them again as it would delay the process. Fortunately I had made the purchase with PayPal. I filed a claim with PayPal and was eventually fully reimbursed. The moral of the story is “Don’t deal with scammers”. I sure learned my lesson.

My order #734273 was never fulfilled but was paid in full.
I have made several attempts to receive my product or a refund to no avail.
I have seen same product with similar ads under a new name.
I believe DealDogz is a complete scam and only rip people off and never intend to fulfill any orders.

I ordered a product from While I received an e-mail receipt and immediate contact from customer service ensuring satisfaction, I did not receive any shipping confirmation as was promised. After waiting a month and communicating with customer service on three separate occasions, no visible action was taken to ship my product and no information was given. After the third time contacting them, I requested a full refund. I did not hear back from the company again.

In the end, I had to dispute the transaction with my bank. Based on the communication I received, I don't think the company ever intended to deliver a product, despite advertising heavily on social media.
