DealDogz offered pet toys on Facebook. I ordered the cat toy in January 2022 and paid $49.99. After a month with no communication from DealDogz about my order, I began to email them and only received robo-type of answers. One email did state that something went wrong with my order in their shipping department. I then asked for a refund of my money and received a response that I could not receive a refund because my order was in process. However, I never received a shipping notice that my order was on its way or tracking number. My last email to them was March of 2022 and I again received another robo answer. Ater researching this company and finding many negative reviews, I realized I was never going to receive my order and I contacted my Bank at point. I will never order from a business advertising on Facebook without doing extensive research on the company.
