Wanted 2.5% for a $1.8 million Dollar loan
He is supposedly the head of Desouza lending services yet, He himself could not make a decision when it came to mine? He said The board wants you to pay 2.5% of the loan in good faith. Which made No sense to me, but he kept up with it and said that he got them down to 1.5% and I still said No & haven’t heard from him since,Victim Location 92121

DeSouza Lending is using an exact copy of another lender's website. When you go through the website you will notice how links are missing, items are overlapping and the website is just poorly programmed overall. We contacted the scammer to take the website down and he said he would do which he never did. He asks for an initiation fee upfront in order to lend money for real estate investments. This company is fake so don't fall for it.
