This business claimed to be able to file "Corporation" papers for registering my company and took my money and is now no where to be found; website was taken down, VM not being returned, emails are not being answered.

Office has "closed" sign displayed. Initially the office was responsive, when I contacted them for the services of registering my company and forming a corporation, and after paying them and initially having a few phone conversations, regarding the filing for corporation, I have not heard back from them nor has my company been filed as a "Corporation".
