The caller called from a restricted number and asked for me by name and said he was calling from DDS Delivery Service. He said my number was listed as a point of contact for *my parent's name* and they were trying to deliver a certified piece of mail and they have been unable to reach them.

I asked why I was listed as a point of contact and what the letter was in reference to. He said the letter was coming from WAC Corp and that I should have my parent call them back at 1-844-243-8026 with reference number ******. He said they needed to coordinate to have the letter authorized for delivery. He gave the delivery address, which was almost correct. I did not make any comment about the address because it all sounded strange and like a scam. Upon further research, I came to the realization that it definitely is a scam.

Be careful, these people are phishing for information, which is scary!

Called me stating my full name and date of birth. Telling me i had a credit card from bank of america that had outstanding balance from 2007-2011 and they stated my current address. I never had that credit card and the dates they provided i was not even living in the address they provided.
