Email says "GS Receipt" and has a receipt ID. The date is in European format. Message: "Your previous membership with us is no longer active. You have been granted permission to set up auto-pay for the next membership term. Your account has been charged $340.88. Mode of payment: Online. If you are not aware of this fee or wish to cancel your membership, kindly phone us within 12 hours for a full charge refund. To cancel your membership with us, phone us within 12 hours at: +1 (805). 599. 4883" Interestingly there are NO links in the email. Only the phone number and the sender's gmail address. Message appears to have been sent directly to me, not a long list of receivers or CC's
