what struck me was they wanted to know about my credit card debt. why do you need to know that about a customer service representative position? I told them that that was my business and not theirs. apparently I scored a 10 out of 10 making me eligible for enrollment in weekly routine training program. 2nd message had similar text but stated, "Please note that for the next 2 weeks all communication will be conducted through this platform. Once your employment is confirmed, you will have access to phone calls and video chats on our live messenger platform." They will be utilizing Teams as the primary means of contact and will be available on Teams as the primary means of contact. they will be on teams to provide guidance, supervision and instructions to help begin work. teams will serve as a central hub for interactions. they would not do zoom video chat but willing to do through teams but only once I have my working equipment then begin training with supervisor. asked if they would be purchasing the printer/scanner/fax machine needed for this job or if they would forward me the funds to purchase since I do not have this item. they claim to provide a comprehensive compensation package that encompasses attractive salaries, extensive benefits and promising avenues for professional advancement. They claim to pay $37 hr you are required to purchase/download the following software: BS 1 accounting, NetSuite accounting, Peach Tree Premium, Norton Ghost 9.0, Peach Tree Premium accounting LiveAgent, ServiceNow, Zoho Desk, Tableau software, MySQL, SAS, APACHE Hadoop, Jupyter Notebook, Google sheets, LibreOffice Calc, Google BigQuery, IBM InfoSphere Master, Microsoft SQL Server, SAP Data Intelligence Cloud, sas data Management, Cyndago master, and a time tracker. BY the time I download all this software, I won't have any memory left on my laptop!!!
