We are aware of this defamatory and misleading post circulating online, allegedly authored by an individual using the alias "M. Hills." We have credible reason to believe the individual behind this post is Lashayle Dodson, who has deliberately chosen not to disclose her true identity while making serious and baseless allegations against the DC Landlord Association, its affiliates, and Mr. Sean Ambush.
The DC Landlord Association is a legitimate and active organization dedicated to serving the needs of property owners and housing providers throughout Washington, DC. Our office is located at 700 12th St NW #700 Washington, DC 20005. We welcome appointments and have a long-standing record of transparency and service to the community.
The statements made in this post, including accusations of fraud, impersonation, and misrepresentation, are categorically false. Mr. Sean Ambush has never misrepresented his professional affiliations or capabilities. The implication that our services are "worthless" and that the organization is “non-existent” is not only factually incorrect but deliberately misleading.
It is important to note that this post appears to be motivated by personal grievances. Specifically, Ms. Dodson’s prior advances toward Mr. Ambush were respectfully declined, and it seems this rejection has unfortunately led to retaliatory behavior through public defamation.
