Groupon was for Napa/Sonoma County. I live in Mendocino County. I ordered 6” bully sticks and received an error message. I never received any confirmation nor did I receive the item. Fraud is going on. I contacted Citi bank to reverse the charges if $44.95. I have requested in writing email, to unsubscribe numerous times and they refuse to unsubscribe me. I do not want to do business with Groupon. Please help me with Groupon as my request is going to Shiek Mohammed Kamil M Y

and this person or persons that receive my request refuses to unsubscribe me or want information I do not feel comfortable giving as they have all my info when I ordered the item. Help!!
