Agent identified as DC Collections saying I owed on an account from Checksmart payday loan. I informed them this account was settled in full years ago with another owning company and I have legal paperwork stating so. Company wanted me to fax my information over to them!!

Wanted to harass and use loud tones with me. Told them to cease and decease contacting myself or my husband any further because they called his phone and not even mine!
