Company claims to sell Dooney & Bourke products. The product is so cheaply made. Hardware (zippers, snaps, etc.) does not work on product. No Dooney & Bourke symbol. Threads are hanging off the product. Ordered a tote and received this piece of garbage purse. Looks nothing like what was shown in their website.
